Earlier, social media company Facebook, Instagram, Twitter had indefinitely banned Donald Trump's account. Facebook's head Mark Zuckerberg said the decision was taken because of his efforts to promote violence in the US capital.
At the same time, Twitter and Instagram had also closed Trump's account on their respective platforms.
The reason behind this was given that Trump's messages could further provoke violent protests. For this reason, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter's account was blocked.
When the US Parliament confirmed Biden's victory on Wednesday, Trump supporters surrounded the US Capitol and vandalized there.
